The Justice Department, meanwhile, issued an arrest warrant against Hakimullah Mehsud accusing him of conspiracy to kill U.S. citizens abroad, and conspiracy to use a "weapon of mass destruction." The Pakistani Taliban group has been blamed for the attempted detonation of a bomb placed on May 1 in a motor vehicle in Times Square New York, and other attacks in Pakistan.
