Hurricane Igor,Surfer dies in Surf city in North Carolina.The National Weather Service has issued a warning of high waves on Sunday, because Hurricane Igor was about 1120 kilometers (700 miles) east coast of this southern state. Waves in Surf City should achieve 1.5 to 2.1 meters (5-7 feet), said meteorologist Dave Loewenthal.
