Hamid Karzai wants to accelerate the dialogue with the Taliban.The announcement of Mr. Karzai had been expected for several days after his meeting with former mujahideen leaders, Burhanuddin Rabbani and Abdul Rasul Sayyaf, as well as ministers and other allies to discuss the establishment of Committee. His spokesman, Simak Herawi, said Tuesday that she will convene a "few members of the Taliban and Hezb-e-Islami", referring to a group of insurgents led by former prime minister and head of the mujahideen, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.
