Tropical Storm Hermine crossing from Mexico to Texas:
Tropical Storm Hermine could leave four to eight inches (10-20 centimeters) of rain and weakening as it enters Texas. It is also possible that some areas receiving up to 30 centimeters (one foot) of water. Tomaselli said Hermine effects might be more to the north in places like Oklahoma and Kansas in the coming days.
