Hurricane Earl is moving its way through the east coast of the nation:



Hurricane Earl weakened to a category one hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson scale, with a maximum of five, which measures the strength of hurricanes. At 5 p.m. Friday's Earl's winds had dropped to 75 miles per hour. The eye of the hurricane Earl was located 375 kilometers south-southwest of Nantucket, Massachusetts.
