Hurricane Earl forcing towards U.S. Ocracoke Island:
The authorities of Hyde County Emergency said the eviction of some 5,000 visitors from Ocracoke Island is scheduled in the morning. The approximately 800 people who live almost a year without the need to obey the order, but the Emergency Services Director, Lindsey Mooney, said officials hope to leave the island.
