Hurricane Katrina, Obama visits New Orleans on 5th anniversary:
Obama will speak on Sunday after noon at Xavier University, an institution historically African-American Catholic who was flooded during Hurricane Katrina. The White House said that Obama will talk about what has been done and needs to be done for reconstruction. It is also hoped that it relates to the cleaning of oil expelled due to the spill, which has been complicated by conflicting assessments about how much oil is left in the waters and their long-term effects.
