Americans in Kyrgyzstan warned to stay close to their homes:American citizens in Kyrgyzstan have been advised to stay in their homes and keep emergency kit with themselves during Sunday's constitutional referendum, according to news release from the U.S Embassy.
According to this warning Americans have been advised to pack their clothes keep their gas tanks filled and cell phones charged and keep a low profile.........
