12 killed in Spain near Barcelona by train:
A high speed train hit a group of young people and atleast 12 killed while they were crossing the tracks at a Spanish railway station.

The train was passing through Castelldefels Playa Station near Barcelona when the incident occurred. Atleast 14 were injured, three are in criticall conditions, the officials said. The killed persons were going to a beach to celebrate a summer festival and they were using tracks rather than a underpass. The underpass was signposted and open said the authorities, but the underpass was crowded and taking a long time for people to get through said the witnesses. One witness, Fernando Ortega, told to the local media that when they arrived there the platform was full and they were decided to cross by the railway tracks at that time the train came and pass over the persons.
Another witness said that the door was closed and we could get through, so we tried to go through the side of the train, and there was no light and nobody alerted us that the train was coming. We were more than 30 people.
