The birthplace of Michael Jackson in Indiana again plans to honor the memory of the "King of Pop", just two months after the first anniversary of his death.The council said in a statement it will pay a tribute in front of the house where Jackson lived as a boy in Gary on Saturday, a day before it had been his 52nd birthday.
