Lindsay Lohan did not appear in the court:
Lindsay Lohan was discharged on Tuesday after she spent 23 days in a sentence of three months in a rehabilitation program at the Ronald Reagan Medical Center at the University of California at Los Angeles.Lohan entered the center on 2 August after spending 14 days of a sentence of three months in jail for violating her probation in a drug case in 2007.
