Al Qaeda's No.2 man with an audio purportedly says "that Victory is Coming."
A man identified himself as Ayman al-Zawahiri al Qaeda's no.2 man says in an audio message posted on the Jihadist websites for his followers and promises that victory in Afghanistan and Iraq, vowing that these wars will eventually lead to a battle to liberate Jerusalem................
